Can RF Microneedling and HIFU be done on the same day?

No, RF Microneedling and HIFU cannot be performed on the same area during the same session. However, they work well together when done as part of a carefully scheduled treatment plan. This ensures each treatment maximises its benefits without overloading your skin.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of treatments depends on your specific concerns and goals. Generally, a course of 3-6 treatments is recommended for RF Microneedling, spaced 4-6 weeks apart. HIFU typically requires fewer sessions, with many patients seeing great results after 1-2 treatments, spaced 3-6 months apart. Spacing will vary dependent on the skin concern and/or area we are treating.

How soon will I see results?

You may notice some initial tightening immediately after both RF Microneedling and HIFU treatments, but the most significant results develop over time as your skin produces new collagen and elastin. Full results for both treatments are usually visible 12 weeks after your last session.

Is there any downtime?

Both treatments are minimally invasive with very little downtime. You might experience some redness, swelling, or sensitivity immediately after the treatment, but this typically subsides within a few days. You can usually return to your normal routine right after treatment.
