Please take a moment to read these Terms & Conditions before joining. By setting up a Savings Stash plan, you agree to the terms below. 1. What the Savings Stash is The Peppermint Savings Stash is a flexible prepayment plan that allows you to pay a fixed amount each month, which is added as credit to your Peppermint account. You can use this credit towards treatments, products, or gift vouchers at Peppermint Clinic whenever you’re ready. It’s not a savings or investment account and does not earn interest. Your payments are held as treatment credit only. 2. How payments work •Payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit via GoCardless, a secure, FCA-regulated payment provider. •You can choose your preferred amount (£25, £50 or £100 per month) when you join. •Payments will continue until you choose to pause or cancel your plan (see section 5 below). •You can join, change, or cancel your plan at any time — there’s no minimum commitment. 3. Using your balance •Your accumulated balance can be used towards any treatments or products offered at Peppermint Clinic. •Simply let us know at the time of booking or payment that you’d like to use your Savings Stash credit. •Credit can be used in full or part-payment for your chosen treatment. •Your balance does not expire, and you can continue to build it up over time. 4. Refunds and cancellations We understand plans can change — your money is always yours. If you’d like a refund, please contact us at [insert clinic email address]. We’ll confirm your current balance and arrange a refund to your bank account within 10 working days. If you wish to cancel future payments, you can do so: •By contacting us directly; or •By cancelling your Direct Debit mandate via your bank or GoCardless. 5. Inactive accounts If your Savings Stash remains unused for 12 months or more, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to keep it open or request a refund. 6. What happens to your funds All payments are processed securely through GoCardless, which collects the funds and transfers them to our business account. Your balance is recorded on your Peppermint account and used solely as credit for treatments or refunds. Your funds are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) as this is not a banking or investment product, but your money remains refundable at any time. 7. Deposits on Booking - When booking your appointment online, you’ll still be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking. You can then use your Savings Stash balance to pay the remaining cost of your treatment in clinic. Any leftover balance will stay as credit on your account for future use, or you can request a refund at any time. 8. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
